We use self-showings for times that we are unable to meet in person to show an available unit. 

This process allows prospective applicants a wider range of available times to view the unit. 

 

How it works:

1. Contact us to schedule a time for the self showing.

2. Submit the form below at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register and agree to terms.

3. When you arrive at the property, call the number provided and switch to a video call. The agent will confirm that you match the photo ID on the registration and then provide you with a one-time use code to open the door.  Once inside you can tour the unit while maintaining the video call with the agent and following their instructions. 

4. When you are done touring, the agent will instruct you to show that everyone has exited and that the door is securely closed and locked.
