We use PetScreening.com for our pet registrations.Part of our leasing process requires every tenant to create a pet/animal profile or a no-pet profile for dogs using our company's third party screening service once their rental application is approved and the leasing process begins. 

There are 3 types of pet profiles:

No Pet Profile - FREE.  You simply sign the affidavit that you have no pets and that you will not get a pet without permission and registration. 

Household Pet - $20.  You will upload pet photos and input breed information, vaccination details and behavioral history.

Assistance Animal - FREE.  Upload animal photos and medical documentation, input breed information, vaccination details and behavioral history. 

Please use this link to complete your pet(s) profile(s) and make sure you "Share" the profiles with the Landlord.
